This Privacy Policy for Stuuf Inc. and its affiliates, operating as Stuf ("Company," "we," "us," "our," or "Stuf") outlines how we collect, utilize, and disclose information about users of the Company's websites https://stufstorage.com and https://stuuf.com (collectively referred to as the "Website"), applications, services, tools, and features (collectively, the "Services"). For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, "you" and "your" refers to you as the user of the Services.

We may revise this Privacy Policy at any time. In such instances, we will notify you by updating the "Last Revised" date at the top of this Privacy Policy and posting it on the Website.

How We Collect and Use Your Information

Personal information we collect.
We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you use our Services. Information you provide may include:

  • Contact and demographic information, such as your full name, email address, physical address, phone number, military status and member photos.
  • Account information, including your username, password, description of the contents of your locker, duration of use and security questions.
  • Payment information, such as bank account, credit or debit card details, and billing address, collected to process payments and deliver Services. The information you provide in connection with your purchases is handled by our third-party payment processors in accordance with their terms of service and privacy policies.
  • Address verification documentation, including your household utility bill (electricity, gas, water, landline, etc.), paystub (dated in the last 30 days), current insurance policy (homeowner, renter, or motor vehicle), mortgage, lease, or rental contract, transcript or report card from an accredited university or college, motor vehicle registration, bank statement (dated in the last 30 days), cell phone bill (dated in the last 90 days), online banking profile screenshot showing name and address (optional redactions), voter registration card and/or confirmation letter.
  • Contests, sweepstakes, promotions and surveys, from time to time you may be able to participate in contests, giveaways, surveys, sweepstakes or other similar promotions that we, or third parties, may sponsor. When you participate in these initiatives, we collect personal information such as name, contact information, reviews, and survey or contest responses or submissions.
  • Communications, that we exchange with you, including when you contact us with questions, feedback or otherwise correspond. For example, when you call our customer support line, we may record your call and maintain summaries, transcriptions or other notes about your exchange with us.

Personal information we collect automatically.
We, our service providers and our business partners, may automatically log information about you, your computer or mobile device, and your interactions over time with our Services and our communications, such as:

  • Device data, such as your computer's or mobile device's operating system type and version, manufacturer and model, browser type, screen resolution, device type (e.g., phone, tablet), IP address, unique identifiers (including identifiers used for advertising purposes), language settings and general location information such as city, state or geographic area.

Information collected from other sources.
  • Social media pages. We may maintain pages on social media platforms, such as Facebook, X, Instagram, and other third-party platforms. When you visit or interact with our pages on those platforms, the platform provider's privacy policy will apply to your interactions and their collection, use and processing of your personal information. You or the platforms may provide us with information through the platform, and we will treat such information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
  • Third-party login information. When you link, connect, or login to the Services with a third party service (such as Google), you direct the service to send us information (e.g., contact information) controlled by that service or as authorized by you via your privacy settings at that service. The information we receive when you authenticate through a third-party service depends on the settings, permissions and privacy policy controlled by that third-party service. You should always check the privacy settings and notices in the relevant third-party services to understand what data may be disclosed to us or shared with us.
  • From other sources. We may obtain information about you from third-party sources, including storage facility platforms, marketing platforms, publicly-available sources and data analytics providers.

You may continue to receive Services-related and other non-marketing emails.

Account deactivation and deletion. If you have an account on our Services, you may deactivate and delete your account by contacting us as described in the "How to Contact Us" section below. Note that deactivating your account may not cause us to fully delete all of your personal information. To request that we do so, please submit a data deletion request as described in the "Personal information requests" section.
